- 401(k) Savings Plan
The 401(k) Savings Plan is a retirement planning vehicle that provides an opportunity to benefit from pre-tax savings and firm matching contributions of 25% of the first 6% of employee’s eligible compensation that contributes to the plan. Employees can vest in the firm’s matching contribution on a graded schedule over a five-year period. - Retirement Wealth Builder Plan
Wealth Builder is a retirement plan completely funded by PwC. Firm contributions to this plan are based on job level and years of service in some cases. In addition, new hires are eligible for a Wealth-Builder bonus equal to 1% of eligible compensation upon joining the firm. Employees can vest in the firm’s Wealth Builder contributions on a graded schedule over a five-year period.

- Holidays
The firm offers 14 paid holidays including designated national holidays, extended firm holidays, and floating holidays. The number of floating holidays that newly hired staff receive depends on their date of hire. - Firmwide extended holidays
The firm provides extended firm holidays to rest and relax and is a valuable opportunity to receive paid time off without the worry of checking email or meeting client demands, other than in exceptional circumstances. The firm will provide four extended firm holidays this year around the July 4 holiday and Christmas and New Year holiday. - Vacation
Employees accrue vacation time of between three weeks (15 workdays) and one month (22 workdays) per year, based upon staff classification and length of service with PwC. - Family & Personal Sick Time
To assist employees in maintaining work-life quality, the firm’s policy provides an unprescribed number of sick days for all US full-time and part-time staff scheduled to work at least 1,000 hours a year. Employee’s normally will be paid a full salary when absent for five or fewer consecutive days due to illness, injury, or a family member’s illness, injury, medical treatment, or need for preventive care. The policy allows paid time off to care for a sick child, parent, spouse, or same-sex domestic partner.
