Husqvarna 120i Battery Future

Husqvarna 120i has 40V 4Ah lithium-ion batteries and a charger for the battery. The battery has three LEDs that indicate how much battery life remains.

The battery itself may not be reliable since there are reports from customers that their batteries have failed within a few months or weeks of usage.

Use the BLi batteries that are rechargeable as a power supply for the related Husqvarna product only. prevent injury, and do not use the battery as a power supply for other devices.

Use only the battery charger when the temperature is within 5 degrees Celsius (41 degrees F) to 40°C (104 degrees Fahrenheit). Make sure to use the charger in an area that is well-ventilated and is dry and free of dust.

Charge the battery if this is the first time you’re using it. The battery that is new is only 30 percent charged.

Husqvarna 120i Key Features

husqvarna 120i

savE™

You have the option of choosing between normal and savE(tm) modes, based on the conditions. If you require more power, go with the normal mode which will give you around 40 minutes of productive time.

The power-saving mode will decrease performance, however, you’ll get about 15 minutes of battery longevity. The duration of the working time is dependent on the amount of power required.

Brushless motor

The high torque-to-weight ratio for greater efficiency, improved reliability, lower noise, and a longer life for the product.

Tool-less chain tensioning

It is possible to assemble and tighten the chain and bar without the use of any tools. Although it’s convenient, however, it’s made of plastic, and I’m not certain what abuse it could handle.

Flip-up tank cap

The cap, which is keyless, is simple to open. It’s transparent, which means you know exactly the amount of oil you’ve left, or do not overfill when adding it to the reservoir.

Chain break window

Improved design allows for better visibility of the guide bar tip.

Intuitive keypad

The keypad is very easy to operate.

Inertia-activated chain brake

This is standard for all Husqvarna chainsaws. It also reduces the chance of injury caused by kickbacks.

Lightweight and ergonomic design

Models in the Battery 100 – 300 Series have a compact, slimmed-down design for excellent ergonomics. This makes them lightweight and well-balanced – allowing you to work comfortably.

Quiet operation

The 120i ranks very highly in comparison to the quiet chainsaws with a cordless motor. Husqvarna claims the noise level to be 101 dB(A) However, in the tests, it didn’t even get over 90% dB(A).

Husqvarna 120i xp Review

The Husky 120i XP is a compact battery-powered chainsaw ideal for both homeowners and professionals who work light duty.

It’s powered by a Li-Ion 36V battery and has a brushless electric motor that is powerful enough to tackle the majority of cutting tasks. For a full review, please check this YouTube video Here.
