Kawasaki FE350 Engine Specs

The Kawasaki FE350 is a 0.35 l (21.42 cu-in, 351 cc) single-cylinder air-cooled 4-stroke internal combustion small gasoline engine with a horizontal shaft made by Kawasaki Heavy Industries LTd. for general-purpose applications.

The Kawasaki FE350 engine motor delivered 11.7 PS (8.6 kW; 11.5 horsepower) at 3,600 rpm of HP and 23.5 Nm (2.4 kg·m; 17.34 ft·lb) at 2,800 rpm of torque. The Kawasaki FE350G – 1/2 cam gear reduction.

The Kawasaki FE350 engine has an OHV (overhead valve) design; float type carburetor with fixed main jet; cast iron cylinder liner; reciprocating balancer; flywheel magneto transistor type ignition system; mechanical governor and recoil starter with automatic compression release (electric starter was available as an option). 

The Kawasaki FE350 engine uses a hydraulic lash adjuster, so valve adjustment is unnecessary. 

The Kawasaki FE350 engine uses full-pressure lubrication with a spin-on oil filter and low oil shut-off system; dual-element air cleaner or oil bath-type air cleaner is an alternative.
