Each of these stores is called a “Participating Brand.” After making a purchase, the participant will either get an email with a survey or a receipt with a link to the survey.
Entrants must go to the website, complete the survey and registration form, and agree to the Official Rules.
This includes, but is not limited to, giving their first and last names (no initials) and a valid email address.
When the survey is finished, and the registration information is sent in, the participant will get one entry into the applicable Entry Period.
Mail-In Method of Entry:
For a Sweepstakes entry without making a purchase or taking a survey, an entrant can hand-write their full name (no initials), valid email address, street address (P.O. Boxes are not accepted), city, state, ZIP code, phone number, date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY), and must include one of the five Participating Brands, on a 312″x5″ card (“Mail-In Entry”) One entry is given for a mail-in entry.
During the Sweepstakes Period, a person can send in their entry by mail once per Entry Period and Participating Brand.
If someone enters using this method, they will get one entry per Mail-In Entry into the appropriate Entry Period.
All Mail-In Entries must have a postmark by the end date and be received by the date shown in the chart in Section 1. Entries sent by mail must be handwritten and easy to read.
Mechanical reproductions, postage-due, and Entries sent by mail that are more than the number of entries listed below will not be accepted.
Entries sent by mail that don’t have a return address that can be read and checked will be considered incomplete and not valid.
How to claim Prize?
The possible winners are subject to eligibility checks and making sure they follow these Official Rules.
After the random drawing, the Administrator will send an email to the email address given during registration to the possible winner.
If a winner doesn’t give all of the required information and sign the documents within the time limit, they may lose the right to claim the Prize, and the Prize may be given to another winner if there is still time.
If a possible winner is disqualified, found to be ineligible or not following these Official Rules, or refuses a Prize, that Prize may be given to someone else.
If a Prize is not claimed, it may be given to a different winner chosen randomly from all the other eligible entries, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.
If the Sponsor tries in good faith and still can’t give or deliver a Prize, it can’t be given to someone else.
Prizes will be mailed to the winner’s physical mailing addresses, which they gave when they entered the contest.
Any part of a prize the winner doesn’t take will be lost. Each winner is solely responsible for paying federal, state, and local taxes that apply to their Prize.
All other costs and expenses that aren’t specifically listed here are the sole responsibility of each winner. The Prizes will only be given to winners who have been confirmed.
The Sponsor will try to contact each potential winner as described above, but Sponsor is not responsible for undeliverable emails.
This includes, but is not limited to, emails that are not received because of a winner’s privacy or spam filter settings, which may send any Sweepstakes email, including any winner notification email, to a spam or junk folder.
Prizes that aren’t claimed, redeemed or sent back as undelivered won’t be given out.
Prizes can’t be given to someone else and can’t be swapped, exchanged, or turned into cash unless the Sponsor does it.
The Sponsor reserves the right to replace a Prize with one of equal or greater value if the Prize isn’t available or something else goes wrong at the Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.
Sweepstakes Entities can’t be blamed for delays in giving out the Prize, no matter the reason.
