Shopping and returning are comfortable with Tractor Supply. Most online purchases can be started online. If it’s more suitable for you, bring your return back to the store.
30-Day Return Policy:
No matter if you bought the item at the Tractor Supply store or online, If you’re not satisfied with the item you bought at Tractor Supply, return it to us along with the proof the purchase within 30 days of the date of purchase to exchange or return the item at the original price of purchase. Returned items require purchase confirmation to ensure you receive a fair refund of your original purchase cost.
Proof of Purchase:
The cash register receipt for purchases in stores serves as evidence of purchase for products purchased at the nearby Tractor Supply store. Store returns without evidence of purchase within 30 days of the date of purchase require approval from the manager.
A valid State or Federal identification must accompany accept returns that do not have a receipt. If accepted, items will be exchanged at the item’s current price, and any refund will be issued as a Return Card for Merchandise.
Returns that are approved and have receipts after 30 days from the date of purchase are refunded in the manner described in the section on refunds.
The order confirmation email or shipping confirmation email for items purchased online will serve as proof of buy.

Where Can I Return My Purchase?
You can start your return online or get it at any Tractor Supply Store.
- Please return your purchase to the nearest Tractor Supply store for an immediate refund or to exchange it for a different item within 30 days from your initial purchase date.
- You must bring the order confirmation and a valid I.D. to get your purchase cost accurately.
Online returns are comfortable! Click on the Orders button at the top of the site.
If you’re a registered user, sign in, go to the “order history” page, and click the “Returns” button next to the order that includes the product items you want to return.
Not a registered user? Enter your order information on the order lookup page, and please click the “Returns” button to start the returns process.
Once you have clicked “Returns” within the order that includes the items you want, choose the item(s) you would like to return.
Be sure to choose the item, quantity, and cause for return and provide additional comments.
Next, select whether you would like to bring your return into a store or if you would like to ship your return back and please click on “Submit”.
If you are shipping your item:
- Truck Delivery: You will be contacted by the delivery company to arrange pickup.
- Parcel: Please print off the return label and drop off your item at any UPS location.
You can refer to your order information page to monitor the status of your return. Suppose you are getting the returned item to the store: Great! We can’t wait to see you!
- Return your purchase to any Tractor Supply store for a quick refund, or exchange it for something else within 30 days of your original purchase.
- Please bring your order verification and valid I.D. to accurately refund your original purchase price.

Refunds for items returned to the neighbourhood Tractor Supply store are done using the payment option used to purchase them, provided you can provide proof of purchase or, in certain instances, an exclusive Merchandise Return Card for stores or a check** will be issued.

For online buys that are returned in either a Tractor Supply store or via the Online Returns Center, original shipping costs are not refunded except due to shipping damage, shipping error or manufacturer fault.
Tractor Supply gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for credit or cash except where required by law. Items received via a “FREE” promotion at Tractor Supply cannot be refunded.
Toro White Glove Delivery – Shipping expenses will not be refunded upon return of White Glove Delivered zero turn tractors in-store or online.

Can I return something I received as a gift?
You can visit the nearest Tractor Supply Store to return purchases for gift cards. Refunds on gift purchases will be given as a Tractor Supply gift card when returned to the store.
Can I exchange my order?
If you would like to make an exchange, please visit us in any one of our Tractor Supply stores.
How long does my return take?
Returns made in-store will be processed quickly, and the amount of time for the credit to be credited will depend on your bank’s processing times. If you are shipping your return, allow up to 48 days for processing upon receiving your return.
