NBI Clearance Manual Application Process

➽ First of all, ask for the blank NBI Clearance application form. The NBI Clearance staff will ask you to provide your two valid IDs for verification before he/she gives you a copy of the NBI Clearance application form. So please fill it out correctly. Please double-check it for errors and spelling mistakes.

➽ When you completed the NBI Clearance application form, then please go to the Data Check Counter for checking your NBI Clearance Application form.

➽ Then after please go to the NBI Clarance Payment Counter and pay the identical amount according to the purpose of your NBI Clearance Application. Please Don’t forget to get your receipt.

➽ After the NBI Clarance Payment process, please move to Data Entry, where they encode the Personal details you’ve written in your National Bureau Investigation (NBI) Clearance Application form.

➽ After the Data Entry process, fingerprinting and photo capturing will be conducted.
